Why Choose Private Coaching?
Many employers provide coaching to drive executive development and this adds significantly to organisational success for both the employer and the client. However, the coach is engaged by the company and the coach has to balance the needs of the client and the needs of the sponsoring organisation. A private coach is there solely to support you, their client, so there are no issues with confidentiality or conflicting interests. Goals are tailored to your individual needs and developed creatively and flexibly over time enabling you to express yourself without organisational constraints.
Coaching Delivery
Coaching meetings can take place by telephone, video call or in person. Remote coaching offers flexibility and is cost effective. A typical coaching engagement is six meetings over a three to six month period, with the number of sessions and the cadence being adapted to the needs of the client.
